1. Parties are requested to make the payments against the bill issued by the centre. The payment may be made to anyone against proper bill.

2. The payment must be cleared after every 10(Ten)days against proper bill.

3. You can make the payment either in cash or cheque .In case of cheque,it must be issued A/c Payee only in favor of Basanti Nurse and Aya Centre and payable at Kolkata.

4. It is parties responsibility to check the belonging of the Sister/Attendants in time of entrance and leaving. Otherwise the centre will not be responsible for any excuse regarding ,specially any loss of articles of any kind.

5. It is to be noted that any staff already enrolled in the centre ,can never be appointed by the party again without concent of the centre .If it is found that the party is misguided and appointed any of our staff without any information to the centre, necessary legal action may be taken.

6. Replacement should be make within 72 hrs (Approx) for 24 hrs duty.

7. Fifty percent(50%) Advance will be taken of start salary at the time of first services.

8. Money can not be refundable after processing of manpower services.

9. All subject under Kolkata Jurisdiction.

10. It is noted that for 24 hrs services(one thousand only)will be taken as service charges For Four times replacement.
